Shipping policy


We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday AEST. We dispatch all orders received before 12pm AEST (Monday – Friday) on the same business day.*

*Please note: During peak periods, sales, Australian public holidays, or COVID-19 lockdowns, same day dispatch may not be applicable due to a high volume of orders received.


Expected Shipping Times

Our express service delivery timeframes are based on your location from our warehouse in Albion, Brisbane. Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 1-3 business days, excluding Adelaide and Perth, which can be 2-7 business days. Rural areas across Australia take anywhere between 3-7 business days.


Domestic Orders

We ship using Express Post with Australia Post, Startrack and Sendle for all orders within Australia. All shipping estimations are based on metro areas.

Dispatching Your Order

We use Australia Post, Startrack and Sendle for all of our deliveries. Once your parcel is collected from our warehouse and scanned into the corresponding depot, you will be emailed your tracking number. If you are unable to find your email from the relative shipping couriers, please check your junk mail or contact us at admin@australiankskininstitute.com.au.


Once your order has left our warehouse, it is in the hands of the courier.  Any delays caused by the shipping company are outside of our control. Expected shipping times are an estimation given to us by the shipping companies, and may vary depending on locations. Each order is packed carefully by our warehouse team. The Australian Skin Institute is not responsible for any damage caused to the parcel within the transit process.

Stolen Parcels

It is the customer's responsibility to nominate a safe and secure shipping address. The Australian Skin Institute is not responsible for any stolen or missing parcels once an order has been delivered to the nominated address.

International Customs & Taxes

It is the customer's responsibility to be informed of any local customs and taxes charges. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office before receiving your order.

The Australian Skin Institute will not offer refunds for any refused shipments due to additional customs and tax charges. If this fee is not paid, the order will be returned to us at the customer's expense.
